Process for students with negative term decisions to follow:

STEP 1: ACADEMIC MONITORING and SUPPORT ADVICE

1.1 Students listen to a generic group academic monitoring and support presentation. Attendance at the end of the recording is confirmed to enable them to proceed.

1.2 (a) Students are given a choice of completing their College-specific  AFS test NOW, before proceeding, or LATER, after registration but no later than Friday 24th February 2023. Those who select NOW are taken to their test site. Those who select LATER, agree to meet the deadline and proceed to Step 2

1.2 (b) College-specific  AFS tests are embedded for students who select to do it NOW. Upon completion they are routed back to Step 2.

STEP 2; CURRICULUM ADVICE and  MODULE SELECTION

The Schools will have teams to evaluate and advice on registration issues.

2.1 The Academic hold is lifted to enable student to select modules for semester. Once student selects modules, a notice is sent to the School AL (TL)/Academic/ADOs for evaluation and approval. If the School declines the module choice, a window will appear giving the student the appropriate advice. Student must re-select modules, until the School approves.

2.2. Students must read agreement of understanding and agree to terms before continuing

Final Step

Once correct modules selected and form of undertaking completed, College office to check and proceed with remainder of registration process (documents outstanding, financial clearance etc).
