Dr Saloschini Pillay Provides leadership and manages the College of Health Sciences (CHS) Student Support Services (SSS). Plays a key role in developing, implementing and evaluating professional student support services in the CHS. Dr Pillay is an Executive member of the Southern African Association for Counselling and Development in Higher Education (SAACDHE) and a member of the South African Council for Social Services Professionals (SACSSP). She has a PhD in Public Administration and Business Management. Her research interests are organizational change, culture, behavior and leadership, and student engagement and retention.
